Responsibilities of each group

The responsibilities of the Dean of Academic Affairs are as follows:

  1. Under the orders of the principal, preside over the academic affairs of the whole school.

  9. Randomly check the teaching progress of each subject and read the homework of each subject.

The responsibilities of the equipment team leader are as follows:

  1. Handle matters related to various science competitions. (Subject Ability Competition, Olympia Competition, Science Exhibition, etc.)
  2. Laboratory management and maintenance.
  3. Apply for junior high school miscellaneous fee exemption (subsidy).

1. System, network and information equipment management and maintenance

  1. Plan, set up, manage and maintain campus networks.
  2. Set up, manage and maintain school computer classrooms, network centers and computer room servers.
  3. Plan and assist campus and administrative computerization services (network servers, school administrative information systems)
  4. Create various school web pages to present school affairs results on web pages.
  5. Purchase of information-related equipment and contact manufacturers for maintenance of computer and network equipment.
  6. Manage campus network system accounts and passwords (create a list of accounts and passwords for each system and keep them properly)
  7. Assist in the establishment and operation of administrative information systems.
  8. Maintain the normal internal operation of the host, check whether the host server is operating normally after a power outage or report for repair immediately if it is damaged.
